Mom's With a Mission 

In May 2009 we sent a team to Nicaragua to help install a fresh water well and provide hygiene training to the women of the community. We did this because over 1.8 million children die every year from water bourn illness. That’s 4,900 children every day!

As mothers ourselves that knowledge had plagued us. We prayed about it and decided to do something about it.  Our group not only reaches out to mothers in the Clarkston and surrounding areas, but we have a heart for mothers around the world.

2009-2010 Mission Plans

This year we plan to do a local mission. In the past we have packed boxes for soldiers, did a baby shower for a pregnancy center, put resources together for local moms in need, walked the Breast Cancer 3-Day as well as many others.

2011 International Mission Trip

Plans are underway for our 2011 Mission Trip with LWI (Living Water International). Tentatively set for May 2011 to El Savador! If you are at all interested in going, we will have an informational meeting on August 2.
